On behalf of one of our clients, a famous multinational company based in Geneva, we are looking for a:

 

Global Diversity & Inclusion Business Relationship Consultant

Your mission:

The Global Diversity and Inclusion (GDI) Manager works with assigned business areas to develop and deploy diversity and inclusion programs, projects and initiatives.

Market analysis & knowledge management
  • Partner with key stakeholders in HR as well as the GDI team to analyze business plans and needs and to anticipate future needs and trends in the area of diversity.Serve as a market intelligence expert for business areas

Diversity consulting
  • Facilitate Diversity Action Planning sessions with key business areas, including formulation of action plans
  • Identify key criteria and specifications for initiatives to respond to action plans and communicate with GDI team to agree on best strategy to drive execution
  • Ensure deliverables are met and key solutions are developed and deployed within programs and projects

Training & development
  • Lead diversity development programs including design and integration of Diversity & Inclusion in key training portfolio

Your profile:
  • Bachelor Degree, Masters is a plus
  • Bilingual French-English, other language a plus
  • At least 7 years of Business / HR management experience within an international context
  • Training Design, Development and Implementation experience
  • Strong process orientation
  • Job requires to travel (up to 25%)and develop connections at business and site level
  • Self Starter with high emotional intelligence and resilience
  • Excellent strategic and tactical influencing skills
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Proven business partnering skills and strong business acumen, especially understanding of business practices
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Must possess great follow up and ability to look at details as well as at the big picture
