On behalf of one of our clients, a famous multinational based in Geneva, we are looking for a:

 

Senior Global Mobility and Reward Specialist

Your mission:

  • Managing suppliers and services related to relocation, immigration, housing, settling-in services, shipment, income tax etc.
  • Regular contact and support to both employee and family throughout duration of the assignment
  • Coordinate with Regional mobility teams to implement and follow up on procedures and policies concerning international mobility
  • Provide expertise in the area of benefits in order to ensure compliance of these programs with Swiss law and our client policies (retirement, death in service, disability and health programs)
  • Provide expertise in the area of benefits in order ton ensure compliance of these programs with Swiss law our client policies (retirement, death-in-service, disability and health program)
  • Guarantee the right implementation of employee benefit programs
  • Manage the relations with consultants, actuaries, insurance companies, etc
  • Plan and administer the participation in salary surveys
  • Consult other department supervisors and managers in the administration and application of pay and benefits plans
  • Represent our client in front of local external committees, groups, authorities for the global mobility and reward area. Keep informed of local changes and best practices 
  • Provide input and support on tax, payroll and benefits issues
  • Follow up with accounting on all entries related to assignments
  • Provide annual budgets for Swiss inbound expatriates
  • Follow up on changes in Swiss legislation, eg. income tax, immigration
  • Advise and council on Global mobility processes
  • Reference for questions on Mobility issues relating to Switzerland
  • Participate in broader mobility projects in Europe on an ad-hoc basis

Your profile:

  • Higher education or related experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in mobility services or in a HR environment in relevant areas for the current need
  • Working knowledge of immigration procedures
  • Knowledge of Swiss labor and benefits systems legislation, income taxes & tax equalization process
  • Fluent written & spoken English and French
  • Strong communication skills as required to work with all levels in the organization
  • Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent customer service and a positive attitude
  • High level of empathy is required
  • Ability to be flexible in a changing environment and interface effectively within a team environment
  • Management skills
  • Experience and ability to work in a matrix large organization
  • Excellent PC skills Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.  Experience with databases is an asset.
