For our agency based in Geneva (Plainpalais) we are looking for an
HR Assistant
Your mission:
The Assistant’s primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our Consultants as well as assist other members of the office staff to balance the workload of the office. The written work is almost entirely in English.
- Preparing documentation and drafting adverts for new searches.
- Management of on-line advertising.
- Drafting candidate reports in an independent manner.
- Assisting consultants with the organisation of interviews with candidates within our agency or outside.
- Organising meetings between candidates and clients.
- Maintaining the internal database (saving files online, updating candidate details).
- Providing assistance with additional office responsibilities (special office projects, social functions, etc).

Prepare expense reports and ensure accuracy of the allocation of client-related expenses.
Your profile:
- Administrative, literary educational background.
- Minimum 2 years of experience within an administrative role.
- Previous experience within a recruiting agency, a law firm or a consulting agency, is a plus.
- At ease within an international environment.
- English mother tongue or equivalent is absolutely necessary.
- French, good level, other European languages an asset.
- Apptitude for drafting documents in an independent manner in both languages.
- Good user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Discreet, flexible and dedicated.
- Dynamic, open-minded and stress resistant.
- Eager to learn and very well organised.
- Good sense of humor and team spirit.
